Hoping you're all having a good day. I am starting to lose the excitement here... nothing against anyone, I like all of you and enjoy interacting with you here...I am just wondering if its worth it for me to stop and say the same boring stuff day after day...nothing really earthshattering is happening!

Sounds like you have some thinking to do. You gotta have a plan that is workable for life. Stillmans is definitely not for the rest of anyone's life, just a hopefully quicker means to an end. Whatever you decide is great. Even if at some point I decide to do something else for a while, I know I will be back to stillmans again during the losing part of this journey. Probably use stillmans for little tuneups too during maintenance.


DH and I are planning my night off stillmans at the end of the month. I'm making it to that but then I need a break for a day. Then I get back on. It's a sanity break. What's today? Like the 17th? Ooh it's the 18th so I have like what 12 days till end of month? I'm on a countdown, seriously. . DH talking dinner out and some wine to share at home. We will plan it so we don't have to babysit the next day. Might change that wine to vodka crystal lights just to avoid sugar. I probably will. And there's no way I will gluten myself. It will be an indulgent but lowcarb meal. And I am going to make sure all my food is already cooked and ready to go for the next day. No excuses blowing the whole next day!! Already everyone have a great night!

Well I'm still here..haha.. yesterday I had to fast all day due to having labs at my physical, dinner was eggs and a couple of slices of lean ham. Oh and also a few shrimp left over from the weekend, weird combo i know, lol. I weighed in at 125.4 at the doctor and that was in clothes - also a good weight for a Monday- in the past I'd be up 3-4 lbs after the weekend so I was happy about that. Tom is due at the end of the week so we will see how he crashes the party!

Today I think I'll eat eggs again- they're easy and I have a bunch ready. That's all I've got!

Yay dropped another one. Seriously hoping for 5 more before the end of the month. I know my muscles are holding a few with all this physical labor I've been doing. Think I will fill in the big plaster holes on the bedroom side of closet today. Didn't get any work done on closet like I wanted yesterday. The house got thrown a for a loop and DD's boyfriend is moving in temporarily, in the basement. Which isn't finished but I have no where else to put him. So me and him spent the afternoon in the basement cleaning up and moving stuff around.

We adore him he's a really neat guy. And polite, and clean, and funny, and a hard worker, and a go getter. He just needs a little help over a rough spot. But - and I'm putting this out in the universe for all to hear.... PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME ANY MORE PEOPLE, I AM OUT OF ROOM. AND PLEASE NO MORE ANIMALS EITHER.

All right you guys I'm gonna hit the coffee hard here and get some clothes on- worst part of the day having to get out of my Jammie's! And get my caboose ready to push this train today!

I'm back on plan... I did not enjoy my time off. The first day I had to work concessions and thought it would be a good idea to have nachos with chili. Nope. I was up all night with stomach issues... Yesterday I stayed off plan and now my stomach is all messed up.

I made a big crock pot of chicken over night but I think I will avoid food for the most part today.

Lesson learned.

Welcome back bratty! That always happens to me when I eat stuff I shouldn't. I hope you at least got to enjoy the taste for a while before the stomach distress set in!
