Took another bike ride today. I've decided that I am only going to shop for one day at a time, and then I ride my bike to the grocery store everyday, or at least most days. :-)

These numbers are looking better!

I may be down for the "Fast 48", but if I do, I'd start mine on Thursday evening, and then eat Saturday evening. I have a wedding to attend on Saturday, so I'm sure I will be surrounded by food, and maybe even strawberries, which according to Stan, have been assaulting mouths around here.
Great plan Michael, let that fridge get real empty. How far is the grocery store?

Not far, about a mile, but I've been doing a loop to make it longer. This morning I went by and saw my fishing buddy for a bit.

My "nether regions" are still getting used to riding. haha!

I'm still behind Stan Good job limiting the chili, btw.
Laura, SO true about not getting here overnight. I've stalled over the summer, but at least I'm 50 lbs. lighter than I was when I started after Thanksgiving. While I'm still 50 lbs higher than I want to be, I did not get here overnight. That said, I think maybe I'm a little too comfortable where I am now, and that's why I'm not working harder? Who knows. I should think about that some, because I really do want to lose that other 50 lbs.

Moving to more real foods today. I can't do eggs anymore for now. I keep getting really lightheaded and dizzy and feel like it might be that a body needs to retain a certain amount of water? I dunno but I just don't feel right. So yeah, that's where I'm at today. Sucks too, I thought I would be okay by now and could go hog wild cleaning up the house and moving furniture and such before DH comes home. I'm irked with myself.

Enough salt? Plus potassium and magnesium taken with a little fat for better absorption.

Hope you feel better soon!

My instinct is to say you'll be fine. BUT!!! Listen to your body. You can push yourself too hard and go into starvation mode. You are so close to your goal weight, I'd hate to see you over do fasting!

Get PLENTY of fat!

Yay Ottawa, that's my hometown!

I didn't mean to sounds ungrateful for all my body lost on the fast. I'm irked with myself in the sense that I wanna be strong and not all dizzy and lightheaded so I can get crap done.

Ate real bacon along with flat sausages and eggs for dinner... so greasy, so yummy. Bacon was a touch too salty I think. Sadly I bought two packs of the full salt, should have bought the salt reduced maybe.

So, weird day for a NSV today. I almost had a wardrobe malfunction because my pants were loose and sagging so I was stepping on the hem, went out and bought new ones at lunch. And suddenly today, even though I haven't lost much lately, about 10 people commented on my weight loss. Felt good to have people notice. I've got so much to lose that I didn't think 25 lbs would show at all.

HI y'all....

School has been SWEET! WE are mid 2nd week. The kids are awesome. Even my wiggly 6th grade boys are doing pretty well. I'm teaching all advanced/gifted students this year so my classes are big (28ish) so I have 158 papers to grade every time we have to grade papers! UGH. That takes a long time. We took a test Tuesday and I'm STILL grading them. It was what I called our HH Exam (Hurricane Harvey Exam). We had to cram 2 exam into 4 weeks so made a slightly easier and different style exam (looked more like a quiz) for that first test. We lost 2 weeks teaching time which is a HUGE amount of time for any math class, but we are making it up a little at a time.

Day 2 eating keto...back on track and feeling so much better! I'm sleeping better, have more energy, and am not wanting to munch. I know I'm not in ketosis yet some things start right away.

...back to grading...(2 more classes of tests left to grade + 2 more assignments x 6 classes = MUCH MORE GRADING. I need a secretary. )
