B - Usual stuff again... SF/LC Chai Tea Latte, then a vanilla premier protein shake with matcha powder blended in and unsweetened almond/cashew milk blend for more volume
L - 3oz smoked ham steak and 85 grams of green beans dipped in less than a tbsp mayo, and some peach sugar free gelatin (great value brand is even lower carb than jello brand btw)
D - zoodles with SeaPak shrimp scampi and some parmesan/romano grated cheese blend on top
10 sizes lost, 1 or 2 to go!
