Well since we have a rainy dreary day I might spend some time on the bike.
Maybe an hour all together. Got 20 min already.

Weights this morning. The nastiest cold north wind arrived, have to wear thick flannel just to the mailbox and out to the garbage cans! Yesterday, turned ceiling fans on because it was a bit too warm.

We have a warm up coming next week with 70s etc. I can hardly wait.

Got my hours work done and will walk again (listening to a good book)
Exercise workout done also.

I walked at high speed at Wal Mart this morning, the kids were done sooner so I donít like them to wait too long on me. Had to go from one end to another, looking for rubber bands and new scissors! Then garden center looking for bigger pot, marching around. My hip hurt when I was done though, lol. Loretta, glad you will get a warm up soon, to get outside again and fresh air.
