I was really hoping for a loss this morning but no such luck. Oh well, I'm glad to be down for the month. I think as a group we did phenomenal this month. So many very successful losers. Way to go people! You're an inspiration!!

We've been having some beautiful weather here that I'm really enjoying. Lots of activity at my house this week as we are getting a new driveway, front walkways and mow strip. Our driveway was a hazardous mess before so we're very excited to finally be getting this done.

I'm waiting for more blood test results for my kitty today too. My vet actually referred me to a specialist - internist. I was hoping to be able to treat her without a biopsy but they won't do that. There is suspicion of another condition that may not require that, so we'll see what they say.

Kristin - I'm so sorry you are going through that with your thyroid. I think going on low carb is something really positive that you are doing that will help as well. Sending prayers and positive thoughts your way.

Trish - That is amazing! I remember the first time I did induction I lost 14 pounds and I was blown away. It has never happened since.

Thanks Kit! I remember my first Induction too and never thought I'd catch that lightening in a bottle again. I'm going to run with.

My goal is 5 lbs each month with a hopes of losing a bit more. No reason that it won't stick for tomorrow. We went out for steak tonight.

Kristen, I sure wish our doctors could just do what they felt was best w/o insurance getting their panties in a wad. I hope you don't have to do much more and the biopsy goes well.
