Supplements on Medi

Hi,
Do u necessary lose faster with the B12 shots, and appetite suppressants they offer? Does it make a difference?

I opted out, but actually in hindsight wouldn't mind coming up with something comparable to what they are using in the clinic. Is anyone using supplements, or B12 that is not from medi?

Hi - I started medi weightloss in March of this year and have lost almost 40lbs. I don't like shots very much and I tried them the first 2 weeks and didn't notice any difference. One girl at my clinic was very good at giving shots, the other not so much so I just said forget it. I did not notice that it helped or hurt. However, the appetite suppressants really do work/help at least the prescription ones do. There is an appetite suppressant they sell there that is their own but it just made me jittery. Good luck!

Well, it's not really an "anti depressant", it's an appetite suppressant, and I've taken both the phentermine and the phendimetrazine (and not taken at the same time!). Both work well. The phentermine is more "energetic" for lack of a better word, makes you feel like you have more energy but for me, the phendimetrazine really has an effect on my appetite.
