I weighed myself yesterday and I was 198. Today I am 194. I had a binge before starting so I think the water weight is leaving but wow. Day 1 was lots of chicken. Today will be lots of Angus steak.

The lowest weight I have been is 177 and that was In April. Hopefully I can get back down plus more. Feeling hopeful ��

Eh I wasn't feeling well and had the leftover soup and lemon ginger honey tea.
I weighed 6lbs up UT Oh !

Today I will make low carb chilli for me . I cannot eat beans anyway . I hate the sore throat wish it would be on its way . I will be restarting slowly eliminating sugars like the honey first and then get back into the groove .

I hope everyone is feeling super awesome !

I can do it, you can do it! I started this most recent time in sept 2015 at 202 and it took me 6 months to get 177 but I was off plan more than on plan every mont. Then I pretty much went off plan and gained 8 lbs and lost 10 in the first 3 weeks of sept. It's very doable especially if you are more strict than me.

I am also noticing this month is like all months for me I even up only losing 10 lbs a month because I lose 10 then gain 5 every month

I was down 1.5 lbs today 1 lb to go to get back to the 170s. I ended up having a salad yesterday I just couldn't get back on stills The pork I had just seemed like the most in appetizing thing. Today I will stay on plan all day hopefully because I have my trusty old chicken lol.

I have a wedding to go to Friday and I think it's buffet so I can hopefully just eat the meat. If it's not buffet I will just have the meat and veggies. Here's to the rest of the week on stills for all of us.

I have had to ease mysel back on to plan too! You will do it!

What is your recipe for bean less chilli? I haven't found one I like yet but would love to have a bowl of chilli now that it's getting colder!

My chilli is made with ground 2lbs of beef . 2 cans Rotel and/or low sugar Salsa a jar or 2 depends how much you like it thick or not , also a can of diced tomatoes, Onion chopped , garlic chopped, 2 jalapeños chopped, chopped cilantro and a lime squeezed . Spices like chilli powder , cumin and cayenne pepper , salt & pepper 2 packets of sazon. I use olive oil to Sautee the onions , garlic and jalapeños first then I add the ground beef then spices and the tomatoes . I cook it on medium heat then I add some lime juice and cilantro just before it's done . I add rice and beans to my family 's dish . I will have an avocado or cheese and sour cream a lil on top if I feel up to it

My secretary had chili today. It looked and smelled so good! I had chicken. It has turned quite chilly here. It seems like it went from summer to fall with no in-between weather!

Happy Thursday !!

I am in recovery throat hurts less but the cough is annoying !

155.8lbs I made a different batch of chicken soup yesterday with chopped up celery, carrots & onion, this time I added Barilla Stelline, ( star pasta) comfort food like mama would make

I feel like I can handle making the chilli today. I was too tired yesterday and thought to myself it wouldn't sit well on my tummy .

I look forward to getting back to the 140's again! I will try again to reach 145lbs by halloween that day is a cheat day . I usually make candy corn popcorn balls !!


I hope everyone is healthy and happy !!

I know right mim ? It's going up to 65 today and rainy yuck ! I would love it to be 70 all year !

It got weirdly hot yesterday! Afternoon. I don't know what's going on with our weather!? Then we had a fire drill at work and I had to walk down all 27 flights of stairs. I was extra hot by the time I got back to the office

I lost 1.2 today! I'm 191.4 now. This is why I love stillmans! Today is salmon and shrimp. I'm also just eating at one time so I think it's intermeddent fasting.

I usually don't do well with the OMAD, I tend to want 2 meals, but yesterday it worked pretty well. I fasted til 12:30 and then ate 517 cals of eggs and canned chicken, and I stayed full til after 7 p.m. I ate some steak for dinner (moderate portion) and was satisfied the rest of the night. I woke up to a .8 loss so I was excited about that! Trying to do it again today!

One meal a day is great but I normally can't do it. Lol I can fast and not eat at all easier. But I tend to be odd.

There is not a chance I can do one meal a day! I have been able to do two meals a day though. My scale smiled at me this morning, so I'm starting the day happy!

I had a small loss today, I am pretty happy seeing a was starving last night at 11 and had 2 pepperoni sticks. They were lots carb but definitly not low fat or low sodium. I have a wedding to go to tonight so I am trying to be really strict today because I don't know what kind of food will be served.

Has anyone figured it their October goals yet? Mine is to get into the 160s so I have to lose 9.1 lbs but my first mini goal is to make it to my pre-bday weight. I have a wedding today, a baby shower Sunday and We have thanks giving next week so I am not sure how this month will go but I will do my best!

I love smiley scales!!

My October goal is to be 125 by the 31st. Not a huge goal but it is huge for me.
I'm ending my month at 129.2

I'm super happy with this. It is worth it.

Ending September 189.8 yay!!! My October goal is to be in the 170's or lower. Weight is coming off quick. I got about 17,000 steps today and I'm sure that's helping
