WOE: INTERMITTENT FASTING
10 days of stillman Intermittent fasting

Hello thought this would be a great place to get some motivation. I do IF as a lifestyle but have an event to go to and I'm craving to drop some inches before the event.

I usually have protein for lunch and a regular dinner.

But now I'll have protein only for dinner . I may or may not have lunch. What I've found with doing stillman is boredom and getting sick of protein can be cured by eating less meals not necessarily eating less protein. So I may or may not have lunch. To keep me craving protein.

Hi

I enjoy IF and I think it is one of the reasons I have remained low carb. When I try to do 3 meals a day, it sets me up for feeling stuffed all day. Lethargic.

If I could survive on one meal a day, I totally would.

Eating protein for lunch and dinner is a great plan. Good luck at your event.

I have done every other day fasting (JUDDD)in the past and plan on getting back to it soon doing Stillman's on the up days as soon as my crazy schedule stabilizes.

I FAILED ON day 2. I am helping my brother get into intermittent fasting. So I cook veggies with broiled salmon. It looked soooooo good!!! And today's meal is Sooo good too! I'll try again tomorrow .... Sigh! Tomorrow's meal is beef stew ....I will overcome lol I will start my fast tomorrow ....

I only eat around dinner time, 2 small meals. The weight is just falling off me. If I eat earlier in the day I set myself up for being hungry all day long. I found what works for me!

That's awesome!!!! I don't seem to be able to start stillman. But I lost 2 pounds already by just eating less .

I started Stillman's today. I have a cruise in 45 days
I haven't done this diet for more than a few days.
Wondering if its possible to lose 25lbs in that time frame

Hey Joybird, this is an old thread... Drop by the monthly thread or the challenge thread. It's totally doable... I just lost 17lbs in three weeks without fasting!
