Eggs for breakfast, turkey lunch meat for lunch, and I have a slow cooker filled with chicken breasts for dinner. That should last me a few days.

We go to the beach in 3 months. I don;t think I will lose all my weight by then but I sure don't want to be this big. I should hang a picture of me in a bathing suit for motivation.

Hooray for chicken! We cant go wrong with chicken!! I too am eating slow cooker chicken. I threw in some spicy chipotle powder in the mix.

chicken sausage sounds so good right now... I used to make a ground turkey mix with seasonings and fennel seed. Throw fennel seed on anything and it tastes like sausage! yum

Kris. - the bone broth came out good. The best I've made. I think some of my problem is that I honestly don't like it as much as store bought chicken broth. I always buy organic, so it feels like I'm being good. I know bone broth is good for us, and I'm getting better at it, so I keep trying!
