something I have found that might work if I'm tempted to eat..
"is it worth it? am I really hungry?"

most of the time, the answer is no..it's not worth it.

I had cereal and milk and a few bites of egg that my husband made.

I am going to wait till I'm hungry to eat again.

I am going to see how long that takes...it's now 10:36 AM

Had McDonald's for dinner....ate slowly. I think I might have overeaten a bit, but I did have nuggets left over. Took my daughter for pedicures and we ate out afterwards....

cereal and milk for breakfast this morning.

I hope you are doing well. And kudos for starting (or trying to) another thread on this subject.
are you still around?

Hi Kristina. I'm still around! I have been leaning more toward IF due to not eating if not hungry. I used to pop out of bed ready for breakfast, but I am no longer hungry in the AM. If I get hungry, I eat lunch, but sometimes I am busy and don't think about it. I do still snack at night after dinner, so that is the last problem I need to work on. If I was hungry, it would be OK to have the snack, but most times it's because DH is eating something that looks appealing to me. I want my eating to be something that comes natural to me, not something I have to work at.

I really like your avatar!
