A few newbie questions in the second week...

Anyone try the ecodrink for their electrolytes? Or is it not allowed because of the stevia for the first few weeks?

Also, question on a recipe i keep hearing about - chopped chicken salad? I assume thats a version of the mayo based chicken salad - anyone have that recipe? I tried my own version with greek yogurt but came out too tangy for my tastes, so not sure if there's a better recipe to kill some of the tang?

Lastly, any good dark choc protein shakes out there? I tried the eas carb control one which was great but i think i am allergic to something in it because i was hit with severe faintness then it all flushed out of my system in a couple hours. Im still recovering a bit. im not much of a milk choc person.

Can we use unsweetened cocoa powder in week 2? Or is that only later?

I like Boathouse farms yogurt-based dressings if I want something creamy for a change. You could use the ranch flavor. I think Walden Farms makes similar, too.
