B= Coffee with 2 Tbsp. HWC

L= Cup of HM Beef Bone Broth

D= 3 oz. Grilled Sea Bass with a 1/2 Cup of Mustard Greens. Cup of Constant Comment Tea in the Evening.

Hey forgot to log my food yesterday!
B- Breakfast buritto with eggs cheese and low carb tortillas(5g) w/ 3 sausage links
L- missed lunch altogether, (shopping).
D- ceaser salad and............................................... ...1 piece of pizza
(That's what I get for missing lunch!)



Thursday:
Doing better today. So far, egg and cheese on low carb tortilla.
Lunch will be grilled chicken, salad
Dinner grilled shrimp and salad.
and water, water, water, water!

L: Leftover cabbage and sausage bake
D: Toasted almond chicken
Snack: Corn Chex in a baggie

D: not sure yet. A great restaurant near my office has a cobb salad with fresh shrimp, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, salad greens, hard-boiled egg and homemade ranch dressing that looked fabulous. Thinking of bringing that home for dinner

When I got home for work I was STARVING. I ended up having first a couple slices of roast beef (like for sandwiches) and a slice of pepper jack cheese. That didn't make a dent, so I had a bowl of cereal with blueberries. Dinner ended up being just a grilled chicken breast and salad.
