Good Morning Everyone,

Over did it with my walking this morning and I am paying the price now

L= Small Chopped Salad with Butter Lettuce and Watercress Topped with a HBE and 1 oz. Irish Cheddar. 2 Tbsp. HM Sour Cream Dressing.

D= I'm Breaking Bad this evening and trying to eat a Ribeye. I have stayed away from Beef(except bone broth since the surgery and I just feel like I've got to have some Red Meat!!! so a 1/2 Ribeye (about 3 oz.) and 1/2 Cup of Mashed Cauliflower. Perhaps some Blue Cheese on top if I'm feeling Froggy

She is a terrier mix from a rescue so her blood lines are murky but seems like a bit dollop of Jack Russel. Her name is Zoe and she is a going concern.

Hope you are feeling better today Enemy!

I had a stressful day yesterday and blew my menu plan. Had nothing until dinner and liver was not appealing so I defrosted some shrimp and scallops and had that in a cream sauce with shirataki noodles.
