D= 3 oz. Home Smoked Turkey Breast, a Cup of Mashed Cauliflower and 4 Asparagus Spears. Cup of Green Tea in the Evening.

We went camping Sat - Monday, and I stayed on plan!

Breakfast- scramble with chicken, spinach, pico de gallo and cheese

Snack: Cukes and guacamole (Costco has a 12-pack of guacamole in single serve packages- so handy!)

Lunch: Steak and 1/2 an artichoke with yummy basil garlic mayo

Dinner: No plan yet. Shoot. Gotta come up with something quick and easy- suggestions always welcome!
