The Ketogenic Bible

I preordered this and received it awhile ago, but just got a chance to start reading it today.

So far it seems like a pretty decent and even handed read that condenses and centralizes a lot of information I've read in many books. That said, I'm only about 50-60 pages in so take that for what it's worth.

Has anyone else picked this up or finished it? I didn't find any threads when I searched, but maybe I overlooked something.

I have not heard of this book. Who wrote it?

I have mostly finished this and have to say I think it would become my "one book" that covers most everything you'd really need to know for people who don't want to read a lot of the surrounding involved literature.

Then my umbrella would reach out from this one to other individual books based on areas of interest.

I've never heard of it but it sounds like I'd be very interested in it. I'm going to look for it!
