IT'S MONDAY, WHAT'S ON YOUR MENU TODAY!!!!

Good Morning Everyone!!!!

L= 2 Cup Chopped Salad of Romaine, Watercress, Parsley and Spring Onion
topped with 2 oz. Chopped Chicken and Chopped HBE. 2 Tbsp. HM Green Goddess Dressing. Cup of Coffee with 2 Tbsp. HWC

D= 4 oz. Grilled Triggerfish with a Cup of Grilled Bok Choy and a Half Cup of Steamed Spinach. Cup or Two of Green Tea in the Evening.
