JUDDD vs Atkins

I've been on atkins for a little while now with varying degrees of success. I was wondering if anyone here has switched from atkins to JUDDD and if it's been any more successful?

I have done Atkins in the past. For me, JUDDD is a much more livable, for the long term, WOE.

Paraphrasing long-time JUDDDer Cindy (Kissa)...'Low carb works great...if you actually do it.'

I define success in terms of what is actually a sustainable WOE for me. JUDDD is sustainable. Atkins/LC is - for me - completely unsustainable.

For me, they were compatible. I always eat very low carb, but because of age and hypothyroidism, I needed to keep calories low. I used JUDDD for that aspect of weight loss.
