Are these the same as Fat Bombs? Also, Deila, what do you eat for dinner? After the choc. bark?

Mac I am impressed..........3 years!!!!!! Can you tell me how your blood stats are with all the fat we eat I am scared. What do you eat in a day and what should I eat after eating this chocolate bark in the day?

I mixed cocoa powder, powdered splenda, unsweetened coconut and hazelnuts into a mini chopper, mixed that with the melted CO and it was no problem.

Stevia, powdered or liquid is disgusting, so I had to try it. It worked great.

I also while it was still on the stove melted in a TBSP of Peanut Butter. Pretty nice treat.
