This. During my two biggest upsets with JUDDD and falling off the wagon, I may look in the direction of other plans (many already tried and failed) in hopes that's the one that will do it for me. But, I always know in my gut (no pun intended) that JUDDD is the only plan I can do the rest of my life.

Even though I'm not formally JUDDD'ing yet, even just doing it on the fly has me agreeing with the calm feeling because I have had it in the past. Glad this thread got bumped!

I feel the same exact way. I have never felt this way on a "diet" before.

The JUDDD calm kicked in for me around the 5-6 month mark, but I think it keeps getting better and better. I have never before felt confident that I will lose the weight AND keep it off!

WOE: JUDDD/PHD, LC now that my BG is getting weird
Start Date: JUDDD 1/1/12 + LCHF 12/1/13 (controlling diabetes)
I think I started feeling the calm at about four months. TOTAL agreement about it keeps getting better and better!!!

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

Lost around 70 lbs in 19 weeks or so counting bites, Intermittent Fasting and Exercise !

I'm a Juddd girl. 5 feet 6.5" Goal 147 lbs
Goal range 143-149.8 lbs

Been in maintenance for 3.5 years+ (Not perfect)

Juddd Maintenance: Juddd + OMAD Lifestyle (One Meal a Day) One main meal a day with "snack" inside a 4-5+ hour window on both Up and Down days

The rotations give us a level of control that is, frankly, freeing. And, when guilt and fear and dread are gone, calm and peace come washing in.
