I would say I have just not been as strict, so a few indulgences but it is the holidays and start over again tomorrow! I have my grandchild tonight, he is 3 and made him pancakes, so I have this thought to eat one! but I didn't. Walked today 7 miles today with the nice weather here. Keep going, not too many of us left since I signed in on Mid june.

Hey Ladies!!! I know it has been a while since I've posted, but I am always checking in on everyone and seeing your awesome progress! You ladies are so inspiring! I have not been following the plan very well. The holidays have gotten me all off track, but I haven't gained any weight so that's a plus! I graduated college two weeks ago, and Christmas in retail has been HELL, but I'm glad it's over!! I have been trying for the longest to go into the Wellness phase at Medi, but I can't seem to keep money in my pocket, so I think I'm gonna have to stop going. Dawn have you gone through wellness yet??

hi! nice to see you back, I have changed my goal weight now, first was 155, then 145 and decided to go to 140. So I am not in wellness, when I talked to clinic they said you just see where your carb tolerance is, basically add more carbs in and see if you gain weight or stay the same. I have not been as strict last 3 days and today the scale was up, but back on track today. if you can't afford the program, just go research this on here, you will find out how to do it, eventually you have to do that anyways on your own, congrats on your graduation!! retail sucks this time of year but it will get better! keep in touch!

better today on track, I threw cookies in garbage, too tempting. Out for a 9 mile walk yesterday on a city trail, today out in woods and did 6 miles in the snow just now. I just have this desire to eat more for some reason! I am off now till Jan 5 and decided to skip the week with weigh in, just do not feel like driving in town for it. If I weighed in tomorrow I would have a gain probably and don't want that either. Oh well, back on track and do good this week.

I think it is only a few of us left, should we do a new thread for 2015 or just stay here?

I also chucked the cookies today. I took my AS four times today to try to control myself! Today went well, stayed on track and did strength and a run.

I guess it would make sense to move to a new thread for 2015, just so there isn't a daunting number of pages for anyone new. Maybe some new people will pop in after the new year!

Thanks ladies. Unfortunately, I blew it x 10. I'm signed up for an appointment to re-start on the 31st. I've been trying to restart the acute phase since the day after Christmas but can't seem to get through a day without blowing it. It's hard since I don't take any of the appetite suppressants.
Wish me luck!

I don't take the AS any longer for quite some time, it's hard no matter if you do or don't. If I took AS 4 x's Rachel I would be buzzed big time. Off work today, looking to go into town to get a new winter horse blanket somewhere, will be hard to find and probably have to order one on line. On track today so far! trying to behave and get on track!

Thank you ladies! I am trying to wing it on my own now. I think I have a pretty good handle on things. I am thinking about getting back into smoothies for breakfast so I can get my veggies in. I have been doing horrible with eating veggies. Do you ladies know of a good relatively inexpensive protein powder I can use for my shakes? I have actually never tried the MW shakes. I also need to start back working out! I haven't done a lick of exercise since late October! I kinda lost motivation after I reached my goal. I think I'm gonna try to lose ten more pounds though just to have some wiggle room. Congrats for getting on track! Any new years resolutions????

hi! last 8-9 lbs is harder to get off than the 70 before! My goal is just to keep doing what I am doing and take care of myself! With your protein shakes, just make sure you look at the carb load, I think Medi's is only 4 or 5 per shake, most are like 18 plus. Good luck!

I have used GNC Soy Protein Powder, the main difference in it and Medi's is that it takes 2 scoops of GNC to get the same nutrition that is in Medi. However, their scoops are a good bit smaller, so it's actually probably the same. I started using this a couple of years ago to help with hot flashes. Since it's soy, it has natural estrogen. Often you can find it on sale 2 for 1.

Not really any resolutions per say, but I am going to really try to read my Bible more, would love it if I read it through this year.
