Can someone help me with one of Kevins bread recipes?

Just wondering..in his final bread flour mix..it makes no mention of the use of two eggs..its eggless. Is this right?? HELP!! I am in the middle of the recipe when i just noticed this..Just want to make sure there is no eggs..dont want to botch it?

I'm trying to figure out which one. Is it the last one with carbalose flour?

I haven't made this in years but if he used eggs in his other bread then use eggs.

You're correct. No eggs in his loaf recipe using his final flour mix.

No idea, rosethorns. I never made that one, just remembered seeing it and was able to find it to answer the question. I do make his pita buns recipe, though, and that one has no eggs, and it works great.

Heather, I'm a newbie, too. Been reading around here for longer than it seems possible.

There have been so many recipes of Kevin's, so many bake mixes, so many tweeks, how can we know which are the best or the latest? The greatest? The best of all the rest?

I've tried to go to the end and back up, but so many are for special applications. Is there a final and best do all and end all mix/recipe? Or at least the top ten somewhere?

Ok Tere Kevins recipes have wheat in them(I'm allergic to all grains). Just about anything of his is awesome. It really depends on what you want.

No there is no do/all mix. But we have made many mixes that work great.Depending on what you want to make. Give me some ideas and I can point you in the right place.

Yes, he was experimenting with an eggless bread recipe. I have never tried it. I was going in a slightly different direction at that point.
