Anybody tried Juicing? Drinking only juice without the fibers in the juice.
I did and love it.
Spent 10 days juicing, except an occasional cheat with banana and grapes along the way.
Lost 8 ish pounds
Felt better juicing than eating solid food. Staring back on food
spent 4 -5 days eating small amounts of food, oatmeal, whole apples, oranges,
Pinto beans, baked fish, boiled eggs.
The problems was introducing solid food back into my diet post 10 juice fast.
Was tricky, first thing I ate was one lone soft boiled eggs and I had gas soooo bad. So that was an eye opener to tread lightly. And I did.
BUT today restarting on juicing. Still want to lose wt.
The only bad part of juicing is after 4 days I began having lower enemy than normal.
That is a very big issue. Everyone I've read about fasting with juice states that issue.
So it's natural.
I'm in the mood to juice again but will drink more juice this time and see if I can do better with the low energy.
I love the lite feeling while juicing.
Don't want to pull anyone away from JUDDDing.
Juicing fasting is another tool.

im happy to see this, i just bought a juicer and want to try it for the first time ever! i think im a food addict and i need a break from food for a while. I'm shooting for 30 days but we will see!
