Again I stayed on plan all weekend and today I just decided to eat chips. I wasn't even really craving them I just went into the cupboard grabbed them and started eating them mindlessly. I don't know why I did it.

All my food is prepped for the next few days. I have a dinner off plan, for my moms bday and I am adding veggies for the next couple days in hopes it will stop me from having a big jump in weight Thursday and won't make me discouraged. I thought I didn't have much going on this month but it seems every other weekend we have a dinner.

I'm originally from High Wycombe, Bucks, but been out here for over 20 years - yep I've tried a few, but nothing to beat my reg of prawn madras, with a peshwari naan I could point you in the direction of quite a few amazing Mexican joints though
I remember going back home and being charged like 12 GBP for a burrito, that I could get for like $5 here -lol

I was up a bit on Sunday. I went to an intense 1.5 hour Zumba class Saturday then got up early on Sunday and walked 5.5 miles. So needless to say walking is a challenge today.I was up to 187.2 on Sunday so I guess my muscles are retaining water.

Also I start weight training 3x per week starting tomorrow.so I have a feeling I'll be holding steady or maybe gaining due to water. I did get a body fat scale though so maybe I won't get as frustrated.

On track today and feeling good! it's halfway through the month and I am so close to the 170s I just want to be there by the end of the month!

Onto day 4 and down 3 lbs to 132, pleased with the drop.
Yesterday was not a perfect Stills day as had an unexpected beach day - and no time to prep on plan foods - but kept it low carb, low fat.
appetite is real low, as in ketosis. Looking forward to seeing what the rest of the week brings.

Low fat low carb is still prett good considering you weren't prepared. I am really jealous you had a beach day, I wore a toque to work this morning lol

Hello friends! I am just getting back on plan after 4 weeks of travel. So, I'm higher fat that usual! Yesterday for lunch I had bacon. I was eating at my desk and my secretary came in to give me something or ask me a question or whatever - I forget. She looked at me and said: "Are you eating bacon? Can I lick your fingers?"

Hey Mar, it happens to the best of us. Today will be my last day high fat and tomorrow I'm hitting it hard. It's warm outside and I feel so yuck about myself. If I can just stick to three weeks and drop 21 like Al did and like i did when this worked for me years ago I'll be a lot happier. CL is ready... No more excuses from me... I actually just cried BC I am so fed up with this. I was slim most of my life and I can't handle this feeling. Why is it so hard to stick to what I start?!! Well as I said, no more... I'm done!

So I brought my workout gear to work. Got a free gym here now.went and bought some athletic pants to workout at work. Spent $50 and got two pairs.....and they were on sale. So now I'm gonna make it worth it. I figure I have to invest in my success so thats what I've done.I skipped weighing in today.I have weight training followed by a walk/jog planned for today.

MMS I have cried a few times because u have let myself gain all this weight. But you are here and you are on the right track! I am starting back hard tomorrow after my moms birthday dinner tonight, we are going for Indian food so I don't think I will be able to find anything stills friendly or low carb even?

Kal that's a good idea! I might go get myself some new clothes to motivates me too! I saw lots of cute things last night when I was buying my moms bday oresent.

My previous workout clothes got too big so I had to get something to wear at the gym at my workplace...don't want to have my pants fall off haha. I got cute ones that have drawstrings as I continue to drop weight I can pull them tight.

Hi All - onto day 6 or 7? and down 6 lbs! Just thrilled that this works so well, when I put my mind to it - will start transistioning to more veg and stuff now, and will expect a bounce back up - but love having Stillmans in my back pocket.

Ugh! My meal off for my moms bday became a day off and now I am higher today then when I started the month! I am going to egg fast until the end of the month so I can hopefully get down to 182 again.

I hate when that happens, Mar! But you will get it off quickly, I know you will!

I am doing great. I was at a gathering yesterday where there were lots of yummy looking treats, but I had none! I have a party at church tonight where there will be more yummy things and tomorrow I will again report: I had none!

Hi all!!

Well gosh! It has been 10 days since my last post... I had no idea!
Still Stillman strong. Had a long weekend with the hubby last weekend and did not stay on Stillman's. Just enjoyed the weekend. I am not too upset about it as I am back to my original loss. I read through some posts from the previous days and I agree with the jello thing. It always stalls my weight loss so does cottage cheese. So I minimize those two things. Glad to see you all!!

Hey Mar... Hope you enjoyed your dinner. What did you go for? So you should be back on hardcore Stills right now? I've not been on in the last couple of days but I've stuck to plan. I feel that as long as I don't break the diet for anything I'll be fine. I can't resist reawakening the beast in me which is my appetite. I'm mainly eating chicken but have eaten prawns and cod. I've not weighed yet but my jeans are def looser than before so I'm hoping for a nice loss when weigh day comes.

I have not been doing a good job at being strict, I feel off plan after my moms bday and have not been able to get back on. We went grocery shopping today and I only bought meat so now I have no choice lol. I am great at sticking to plan and can even have one meal off and get right back on but if I don't get right back on plan I fall off completely. My clothes are looser that they have been even with out much weight loss so I am happy and I am
Letting that be my motivAtion to keep going.

Mar - I'm the same way - one meal off plan is not going to trip me up, unless it is followed by another meal off plan! Then I'm falling down the rabbit hole! That is why I'm so happy not to be traveling the next few weeks!
