Happy 1st of June! I'm going to make this month a successful weight loss month!

MMS - I'm going on vacation starting Friday and my schedule for the next two days is really crazy. So if I don't get back here before you have surgery, know that I am keeping you in prayer.

Starting June in the 170s! It took me a while to get back down after my camping weekend and I have been hovering at 180.8-180.2 for the last few days!

I can start dukan again now that I am back down too which makes me happy. We have a date planned for Friday so that makes it easier to find something to eat!

Starting off June as still no longer obese. June will be great girls. Aiming for 5 pounds this month (1 pound a week). I'll end near the 170s if I succeed. So excited to get out the 180s so I'll be doing my best as always.

Slatman you are doing great! Does the heat make it easier or harder for you to stay on plan?

I am now 25 lbs down! Last time I didn stills I think I lost 30 lbs. I have a lot more to lose this time though as I am still 3 lbs higher than my high weight (175) from last time. Now I hope to get to that weight my the end of the month!

I'm back from vacation today so off to work I go. I went off plan..carbs and all. I had pizza and ice cream a couple days. I'm up 2 pounds but I am okay with that as I thought it would be worse since I haven't been to the gym in over a week now. It was great to spend time with family but wow am I tired. Easing into stillmans by doing low carb first. Thinking of doing an egg fast not to detox or anything mainly because I have tons of eggs I need to eat haha.

Kal welcome back! What do you normally do at the gym? Strength or cardio?

I went off plan yesterday and then ate all the chips! If I don't touch the chips I am fine but the second I have one chips I have 500! Lol

I may join you in the egg fast because for some reason I bought 30 eggs then went out and bought another 18 so I have quite a few to eat.

Thank you so much guys for the prayers and well wishes. I'mback home and doing well. The surgery went better than even the surgeon predicted. I will find out if I need radiation therapy next week. I was not able to stick to plan in hospital... It was a bit naive of me to think I could. Anyway, I'm hoping to jump back on plan tomorrow. I've not been eating much but then I've not been moving much either and what I have eaten has been carb loaded. I hope everyone is dong good. I'm still committed to losing a fair amount this month and can't wait for to get back on plan TBH.

Hello friends! I'm back! My days away were filled with some good choices and some not so good choices. But all in all, I feel like I did well. The next weigh in for me is Friday, so I'll know for sure then!

Kal - 2 pounds is great after eating vacation food!

I've had an easy reentry into on plan land, after my vacation! My weigh in day is tomorrow and then I'll know if I gained any weight.

That's awesome mim! I normally gain 4 lbs when I go back to "normal" eating. Although now that's like binge eating all the bad stuff, funny how things change.

Back from vacation. It didn't go as planned but still had a lot of fun. We stayed in a cabin in the woods. Not a wheel chair friendly place and they charged a fee for everything. So instead we drove to Six Flag everyday and I rode a scooter around all day while the hubby and kids rode rides.

So happy to be back home!

Yesterday was so hot I couldn't leave the house. But today will be cooler, so after church I'll sit on my patio for a bit and enjoy the sunshine! I am on plan and my scale is smiling, so I'm happy!

Thanks everyone .I woke up this morning and i'm not feeling well ,all the my kids are sick and i caught it from them. I weighed myself and my weight is slightly up from 176.6 yesterday to 176.8 today , it's not a biggie it's the TOM for me.I measured yesterday and will again at the end of the month ,to see where the inches are lost .
