Today is day 1 for me, so everyone wish me luck!

So far I have had.....coffee. I IF normally and usually skip breakfast, so I'll try to continue that. I think I'll pack some boiled eggs and roll-ups with ham and lf cheese sticks for lunch.

Maybe a turkey burger and cottage cheese for dinner. My son went fishing and came back with a bunch of cod, so I could do that too.

I'm not ready yet to try OMAD with this food, we'll see what happens later.

Carly, are you off coffee because you normally drink it with cream, etc? That's dedication.

Katie, I am not surprised you need a break. I am going to have to take a break every week when I do long runs. They are hard enough as it is. Hope you see a nice loss today.

Yes, I normally drink coffee with SF creamer or half and half, even milk sometimes. I'm getting a bit more accustomed to drinking it with just liquid splenda, but not a fan.

What kind of cheese are you having? I didn't know cheese was allowed? I didn't know if deli meat was allowed either

Does anyone know if it's OK to take psyllium fiber or use it for cooking on Stillman's?

Well, I hope it is.

Nearly fat free ham and low fat string cheese. I figured I would seperate the string cheese into three sections and wrap them in ham.

I ate probably 2 eggs scrambled and 2 turkey sausage links
I ate some laughing cow cheese and deli meat with mustard late tonight.

I hope I have a good drop in the morning. I've only got 5 more days until I hit the two week mark, and I am trying my hardest to make it through. After today, I'm not so sure I'll be able to do it after without a couple week break.

Maybe I just hit a wall today.

On to day 9...
Katie I understand how you feel . This diet is one of the most extreme diets of all diets that I have done, including the egg mono diet which I barely tolerated .
I am back on day 2 with stillmans because it works and it is a struggle and if I want to drop those pounds I know this diet will do it .
Like mim said let's hang in there together .

Katie- at lunch I went for a walk and stopped in 7/11 to buy a SF energy drink. I think SF Rockstar is going to be my best friend while on Stillmans.

I drank 1 cup of black coffee this morning, but I just don't enjoy it. I want to, but not sure it's going to happen. I didn't think I would care for the taste of the SF Rockstar, but it's quite good.

Oh Carly, the SF rockstars are so addicting. I don't drink soda, or anything else now except for water, coffee (with the creamer and splenda when off stillman) and sf Rockstar. I just love them too much. lol
I love the flavor. I don't like any of the other but the one in the white can (the original).

Thank you all so much for the encouragement, I woke up to 238 today which is what I was day before yesterday so that is fine.

I can make it today

I drank 3/4 of the can and now I have a funny type of feeling in my head. Not quite a headache and not quite dizzy, but not normal.

Maybe only 1/2 a can next time. It was really yummy though.

Yes. Half a can probably for your size would be better.
I'm going to boil eggs here in just a few for today. I've got eggs and chicken with sf ketchup planned.

I did something different with grocery shopping this month. I picked 4-5 meals every one likes, and left a couple meals up for whatever was on sale..I made a menu for the 7 days and we're going to repeat that all month long.
It's good because every night I can look at the menu and find something I can set aside for myself.
Also when I do OMAD, I can eat with the family and have a set menu.
Definitely helped with grocery shopping (though, I did wind up with Hamburger Helper being one of the on sale dinner choices. It was like buy 3 boxes for 98 cents, get $1.00 off. Yuck, but every one else likes the crap)

Yes, I will try only half a can tomorrow.

About 5 years ago DW said "I'll cook tonight. Do you like hamburger helper."
I said "I've never had it, but I'm not too sure about it."
DW said "You'll love it. It's so good!"

Uh, not really a fan
I do almost ALL the cooking now

Last night I ate a cup of cottage cheese at 7pm and then my fish at 9pm. I just couldn't make it till 9pm.

When I get in from work around 5:30pm I might have half a cup of cottage cheese.

For dinner I think I'll have an egg white omelet with ground turkey and a can of tuna (packed in water) maybe another half cup of cottage cheese.

Does anyone find that they urinate excessively on Stillman's? I'm not drinking anywhere near the water recommendations, but my output appears to be way more than my input today

ETA- the scale might be nice to me considering the amount of trips to the ladies room....

Yes, you pee a LOT.
Carly, seriously drink the amount of water it recommends. Try hard. The only day I didn't have a loss - the day before I didn't hydrate as much.
I'm not a huge water drinker, but I do consider the 96oz of water essential on this. I feel better doing it, for sure.

Happy Tuesday !
I am on plan sort of .. I am super hungry today. I am upping the fat it gets me through at the very least, I am going with a low carb diet wise .

Cream in my iced coffee at lunch and bacon and scrambled eggs for dinner .

I figure it's better than falling off completely into a carb frenzie, so there's that .
Have a great day everyone !

Binge eating my boiled chicken tenderloin with sf ketchup this evening. I have a box of salted caramel cookies sitting to my right, and a chocolate bar to my left.
Darn kids.
I really must want to lose weight. LOL

Going to drink a cheat cup of coffee with cream. I don't know if I can do this another 5 days. I'm sorry, I'm a wuss. lol

Ahhh got the coffee. I'll pull through another night.
This part of the diet is reminding me of quitting smoking..Where you have to find all of your inner strength to continue and then you still feel like you're on the brink of 'screw it'.

Sorry, just sharing my struggle today. lol

Great stuff Still! How did it go? I've found it easy but I think that is down to being in ketosis already. In fact, I'm certain of it. It's 5.06 am, I've always been an early riser but I sleep much less when in ketosis. Gotta wait for the shop to open at 6 so I can get some batteries for the fit board, see what I've lost... Wish me luck!

haha
I ate probably 2 eggs scrambled and 2 turkey sausage links
I ate some laughing cow cheese and deli meat with mustard late tonight.

I hope I have a good drop in the morning. I've only got 5 more days until I hit the two week mark, and I am trying my hardest to make it through. After today, I'm not so sure I'll be able to do it after without a couple week break.

Maybe I just hit a wall today.

On to day 9...
Hang in there, you can do it. The results will be so worth it. You are doing so well!

WTG, great stuff! The QWL plan is written at the top of the Stillman threads. I have the book but there is a site where you can read the book for free. Can anyone remember that site. It's talked about in our old posts but I can not remember which month.
