Doing well trying to stay off the scale until Saturday. So hard to not weigh in daily but just taking everything one day at a time.

I struggle with not weighing every day . I have been lately doing daily weigh ins however I liked waiting and getting a surprise drop in lbs.

Great job to everyone for staying strong. I'm up a little today but ate 10 oz of chicken on a salad for dinner last night.. it did get me through today though!

I will have to try that! If we have it here I find out grocery stores have way less variety but we are getting more stuff! Like crystal light has a lot more flavours then they used to now that the little squirt bottles have come out.

I was down .4 today. Not as much as I wanted to be down but at least it wasn't a stall.

Super excited for tomorrow and being off plan for 4 days! I was thinking this morning while stuck in traffic that I haven't really been craving sugar and I think it's because I had my wine break, I am not going to schedule days off but I have decided not to stress about things like my bday or thanksgiving or anything else that comes up.Maybe the slight break resets me?

Whenever I stress about it I ended up going off plan for a week. So I am trying this stress free approach. I will report back after my days off to see if I still feel the same way once I see the gain from being off plan haha

I didn't weigh myself today I will weigh Friday morning .

Tea, coffee (black ) , water, lemon water, iced tea ( unsweetened ) Mio . That's the menu for today .

I know about stressing and I try not to and the second I found out about the plans for Friday . I went into a panic and started my fast .
I am afraid of gaining back to 197lbs. The other day I backed up photos and I wanted to cry . My hands and fingers were huge and my arms at that size looked like bat wings . My doctor warned me then you need to lose weight , your blood pressure is high and your body frame is too small for this extra weight . I stress a lot . I know it's not healthy to stress but it's hard for me not to .

Ugh my measurements..

Well I'm doing okay today. Starting a supplement (which I wont name) today which I'm a little excited for. My friend sales a product and loves it so she ordered and paid for my bottle. I am super skeptical of any product, but she must really love it since she knew I wouldn't pay without knowing it helps. So I'm just gonna try it and be hopeful. Nothing to lose. Did my measurements and had to do my weigh in so I can really give it my all. Still staying on plan and my workout regimen not switching up anything just going to keep doing my thing.

Also omg my measurements....so I measured everything even my neck and calf....my neck and calf are the same size like 15". And my arm came in at a whopping 15" too. Holy cow that really put into perspective why I hate my arms...what i would give to have my arms to be slimmer.i constantly wear cardigans to cover them and I try never to go sleeveless.

I hate going sleeveless, the most I can hope for is doing arm exercises to reduce the jiggle (The arms that keep waving . )

Yeah I hope mine somehow tone up and don't look saggy. My godmother had the excess skin removed from hers and the scar is so noticeable. Like even then I still wouldn't go sleeveless.

I hate my arms too but this year I just started not caring for some reason, if I am hot my blazer is coming off. It's kinda freeing! I am a little self conscious still but not as much as I used to be. All the women in my family have large arms so I don't think I will even lose mine but maybe they will get a bit smaller?

Actually, my arms are one of the only things I like about my body! My ears are the other. I have cute ears! : ) I try staying off the scale except on weigh in but I have a hard time not weighing every day. I still treat a no weigh day as license to eat what I shouldn't!

I am the same way mim! I also don't like my ears I have very big ear lobes haha but I don't hide them or anything.

Actually you are leading by a good example I am gonna do it too . I like my legs. I will wear short shorts until I am 90!

I love my legs, face, butt, and bust. Really my arms,back, and waist are the only parts I dislike. I hope as I drop weight I will grow to like them because those are the areas that my excess weight is extremely noticeable to me.

Still, it's always easier to look for things you dislike rather than the things you do. It's human nature and everyone has something they wish they could change. Heck even people we see absolutely nothing wrong with can go and do plastic surgery because they didn't feel comfortable in their own skin.
So maybe start with baby steps maybe you don't like the body part yet but you at least dislike less than you were at your highest weight. My butt wasn't a part I liked at my heaviest, but now I like it decently...the more weight I drop and the more squats I do the more I have come to like it. It is all a work in progress on my mind so the parts I dislike now I hope over time I can transform or at least tolerate and feel less self- conscious. And hopefully the less self- conscious I feel the more confident I feel and can learn to accept it.

I got a new tattoo! It is on my forearm and while the tat artist was at work she remarked how nice my skin is. She asked me how I take care of it. The answer is that I don't really. I moisturize my face, but that is all. So, I guess I should add that I like my skin! Now to be comfortable living in it! : )

Thank you Kal I am starting with baby steps . Squats now will they really work to firm the tush ? How long to see results ? Lucky are those with a nicely shaped round butt

Happy Thursday !
Down another lb. At the rate I am going, I will be close but not quite goal . And then after the weekend up again then get back on the wagon . The Mio energy drink gets me through with out being too stimulating. I vacuumed, carpet cleaned and even baked 2 dozen cookies without falling asleep then at bedtime I was able to crash easily no jitters and thoughts keeping me awake.

Today I am hosing down and washing the patio & furniture . Then steam cleaning the kitchen and bathroom tiles . I picked out a dress for Saturday night and that's it I may or may not dress up for Sunday brunch .

What does your new tattoo look like?

I am bad a skin care I just started using face moisturizer this year and I am 30.

Weigh was the same today. I am off plan for 4 day, I am not gonna post what I eat because I don't want to tempt ppl but i will post what I gain to keep myself accountable.

I do lots of squats regular and weighted. Start slow like 2 sets of 10 and work up or add weights.i use my kettlebell. It's only 5 pounds, but squats and swings leave me so sore. Really helps my thighs and butt. I started seeing slight improvement after a month. If I had done it more frequently in that month I know there would have been more improvement. I just restarted using my kettlebell again after a couple months off from when I was sick so I'm walking like a cowboy haha my inner thighs are so sore.

My new tat is a sparrow sitting on a branch. The branch has pink flowers. The sparrow is brown, black and orange. It is one of the most beautiful tattoos I've seen. Even non tat lovers like this one! It is a two part tattoo. My favorite hymn is: His eye is on the sparrow. I'm going to have a banner tatted on to look like the sparrow is holding it. I'll get that done in Italy, in Italian!
