Hey Leanne! I am trying alt shift. It's 5 days low carb followed by 3 high carb. (I might try 5 lc and 2 hc for this round, we will see). For the first round of that I lost 2.2 and I'm at 124.8 today. I would like to see if this can get me to my goal of 120. I'm trying to do Stillmans during the low carb portions however I would say it's probably more moderate fat than low - but it seems to be working so far...(it's still early though we will see)

The glucomannan pudding sounds good. I love pumpkin!

(I have been cheating and having FF half and half... FF I know (gross). I used to use HWC and it was so freakin delicious! I think I do better when I avoid dairy and yogurt on Stillman's and just have straight meat. But as we all know it does get boring and I love yogurt!)

Happy Wednesday , we are half way through the week !

Another chicken day for me Pumpkin Chai tea is a favourite of mine, I make it sugar free nice on a cool night .

I think pumpkin is low carb ? If it is I'm down for some nom, nom !

I have been drinking my morning coffee in the garden , finally cool enough to enjoy !

Getting dressed & ready for some food shopping, will add pumpkin to the list . Fall I embrace you !

I am down another .5 lbs today. This week is looking good! I have dinner plans with my mom tonight and then we are going to see avatar cirque de Soleil so I am excited!

Today I have pork again. After today no more pork! It's weird I can not like chicken and still eat it everyday but any other meat the second I have had too much I can't force myself to eat it.

Happy Thursday !
The scale is slowly but surely heading down and (Tom ) on its way I am hoping for a nice whoosh !
I found a low carb beef stew with pumpkin recipe, I may make it for Sunday dinner .

Chicken on the menu again, I am keeping busy so I don't pay attention to how boring my meals are , I just eat when hungry get it over with

I hope you all have a lovely day !

Oh pumpkin beef stew sounds like it would be good! I might give that a try too! I have a speghetti squash from a friends garden I also need to figure out what to do with that. Wonder if I can turn it into a noodle soup or if the squash would get too soft?

My weight was the same today. I did eat a meal out yesterday though so it could be due to salt. I am drinking lots of water today just in case that's the reason.

Today I had pumpkin pudding and salty fried pork. Not low fat but kept my carbs low. I'll see how the scales react tomorrow. I just had a new low after an UD so I'm half expecting a bounce tomorrow even though today is a DD. My food is calorie light but weighed in very heavy. Lol

I still think I'll make my goal by Halloween as long as I keep at it. One day at a time.

Yes it is a crazy big and dangerous storm. Thankfully I'm in SW Florida. No issues other than a gas shortage. Thankfully I filled up this morning. I wasn't even thinking about all the poor East coasters that headed this way.

Oh cool. At least you're not affected by the storm much then? I went to Ft Myers with my grandma to visit her cousin when I was 15, it was the first time I'd ever been on a plane, great memories! DH and I got engaged in the Keys so we usually like to go back there. Watching hurricane coverage right now, hopefully it's not as bad as they thought!

Today is a breezy, almost windy, but not as bad as mid west windy, day. We are extremely thankful.

I'm at a new low (this time around) so I went closet shopping. All my pants now fit. A few are a little snug and I'm not liking the lower back fat muffin top thing but I'm getting very close to where I want to be. I do have extra skin and I'm okay with it as long as I can tuck everything into my clothes. (I can hide skin I couldn't hide fat)

I think I just pulled chicken out of the freezer... it might be pork...I really should label things better

I lost 2lbs so far 8 lbs to go ! I am having chicken again today , tomorrow I will make pork chops and sausage . I am also going to buy cod again I am mixing up things because I get so bored. I bought some pumpkin for Sundays beef stew , I am making Sundays low carb not strict QWL and enjoy Sunday supper with the family

I am the same as I have been since Wednesday. Hopefully I stay the same over the weekend with the 3 thanksgiving dinners I have to go to!

I had chicken for breakfast. Soup for lunch, it snowed here this morning so I wanted something warm!

I had to take my engagement in to be resized. Now I can't gain weight! Lol

I'm going to Italy tomorrow! The time has come! I have been walking every day to prepare for the trip. Several years ago I walked everyday on a treadmill and during that time I lost close to 60 lbs. It wasn't my treadmill though. So, I've decided that when I get back I will buy a treadmill! For awhile the weather will be nice and I'll still be able to walk outside. But I live in the Chicago area and winter will come fast! I've been looking at treadmills online. Anyone have recommendations?

Weight did not change. Body fat went down a little. Water went up so hoping that means if i do everything right this week the water will go back down and ill weigh less.

Kia if body fat dropped you can't be upset. Water fluctuates so much as long as the fat is coming off be super happy.

Happy Monday ! It is Monday ? Does not feel like Monday . Oh, well happy whatever it feels like day !

**TMI warning **
(TOM) Has arrived full force and I fell off the wagon hard ! I ate way too many junkie things and I avoided the scale scolding me

I will restart tomorrow, hopefully this hangry demon inside me will calm down so that I may begin with chicken breast or cod fish .

Tonight is spaghetti & meatballs being bad never felt so tasty till you get back on the scale and you're like ????

Tomorrow is a new day ! I thought I would touch base with you all and that I didn't follow mim to Italy although I really wish I did !!
