Not sure where mine is. I moved just before Xmas. I've still got a large cupboard full of boxes. It's probably in there somewhere. What did you find this time? Do tell!

Lazy day, chicken in the Crocpot. I either put mustard or a bit of Nando's sauce. Not the marinade, it has more carbs. The sauce is good. I use the garlic one. Just a couple of teaspoons. Livens things up a bit.

Do you remeber the site where you could read the book for free? It was a free library... Can't remember what it was called.

It's nearly 7pm... Gonna have me some chicken and an almond shake, then a long soak in the tub me thinks.

just randomly opened and read a few pages on calories. he suggested 900-1200 multiple times, aside from his super low 500 cal diets.. I used to eat 2-3 chicken breasts a day, the last round. Ive never been a calorie counter. I need to find out how much chicken is 900-1000 calories. I think Im gonna keep it at that.

We have a food scale now, so I can be exact. YAY!

this is an amazing idea!!!! after all our years together it is shocking we still come up with new ideas on how to eat meat on this strict plan!! thank you thank you thank you!!

So you cook them on high in the morning? I was planning on doing the 8 hrs on low.

PS- I only like chicken warm when its fresh, so the all day crockpot extravangaza sounds like the perfect solution to keep me on track this time. I do not ever reheat in the microwave. tastes more chickeny to me.

Same street! Loft conversion though penthouse sounds better But no it's a loft conversion. I have a little roof garden and share a huge garden down below. It's a large house but I'm only three floors up. Lots of slanted ceilings, banged my head a few times.

Yes, yes, yes... As I said it's amazing! I even cook turkey mince in it! It's great having meat at hand throughout the day... Like you, I don't like meat warmed up.
I normally cook overnight on low and then up the heat throughout the day. Or if I cook in the morning, I start on high and then reduce heat and just let it continue to cook... It so tender! I normally start a fresh batch before bed. Wash the pot and just throw the chicken and stock etc in. I only use the warm setting if I know I'm going to finish it within a couple of hours.

I have been fully on plan all weekend and am feeling great! I have committed to doing a full month of stillmans/dukan aand then will take it from there.

My wedding is less than 9 months away now, I would like to look back at the pics and not regret being lazy and losing the weight when I could have.

Its great when you've prepped and don't have to think about what you are going to eat. Definitely makes staying on plan easier!

Hey guys finally ready to start stillmans today! Sigh my plans to try to get off the extra weight I put on last week did not work! I'm up 7 lbs this month and I just need to get back down stat! I was really hoping to get back down to my plateau weight of 160-163 before I started stillmans and see if it could finally bust me into the 150's. But now the week will be spent re-losing old weight sigh, oh well nothing for it just need to start and hope it drops off quick.

Today i plan on having 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 4oz chicken breasts, 2 oz fat free deli ham, and 1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt........wait I just entered that all
In on my calories tracker and that's only 640 calories! Well we'll see if I get really hungry I'll eat more eggs or something. Skipping coffee today and having some English breakfast tea instead. Meh. I really need to find a fat free creamer , I'm open to suggestions!

It appears my social calendar is also full for all my weekend in march as well so I'm concerned how that will affect things. My initial plan is to do QWL 5 days a week and do LCHF 20 net carbs on weekends, I worry this might just make me lose on the weekdays and gain on weekends but I'll Just have to try it and see.

Mar - I have been thinking about this -"not regret being lazy and losing the weight when I could have."

That really spoke to me - I'm following you and I am not going to regret anymore being lazy and losing the weight when I could have. I have a trip to Texas coming up in a couple of months and I want to feel and look good for it.

Wow, just reading about Oprah investing 43 mil in Weight Watchers. Interesting seeing as she has the Midas touch! I wouldn't rule out WW for maintenance though I'd probably try and keep it low carb.

Ugh, I Wish I had a maintenance plan in place. If I did I wouldn't be here now feeling sorry for myself. Oh well, onwards and upwards I guess. I'll have to learn from my mistakes.

It's peeing down here in London. I've just run a nice hot bath. I love that my new place has a sky window in the bathroom. I can lay in the bath and look up at the sky. The sound of the rain on the glass is quite therapeutic.

Oh my goodness, MMS! If my bathroom had a sky window I would never be out of the tub! As it is, my new place has a soaking tub and I soak a lot! : )

Great idea to cook through the night!! Why have I never thought to do that!

Take notes everyone!! Good stuff!!
