Oh Al, you're too kind lol. I felt so special receiving that package! I remember GT's arrived before mine did and I was quite curious to see what all the fuss was about! They sell it on Amazon, so I'm OK. Sometimes the flavours are out. There was no grape for a while but it's back now. It's about £10- £12 for the 5 pack here though!

I know right... You know it's bad when you're craving veggies.
No I've not looked yet Al but I will do. I've got the book somewhere. Think it's still boxed up, shame on me. I have a cupboard full of boxes that I've shut the door on. I really need to sort that out.

About the cards again, no they weren't in the book. Someone took pics and posted them here. He (the good doctor) seemed to allow certain dressings and things that were not in the book if I remember rightly. Love to find them. They are here somewhere. Was a couple of years ago I believe.

So only down 2.2 , I want to say the first time I did stillmans I lost nearly 4 the first day but I was not perfect yesterday. Ate too much Deli meat and also had another serving of yogurt. My kid didn't finish her halo top either so I ate it. Today I'm going to do much better. I had my coffee w 2 eggs this morning, an EPIC chicken sriracha jerky( ingredients chicken and spices, 100 cals, 4 g fat, 1 carb and yummy!), lunch was 2 thin and trim chicken sausages with mustard and cottage cheese. Dinner will be chicken breast and yogurt. Trying to stay in the 1000 calories range. Really hope to drop 8-10 this week like I did my first time. Especially since this weight is recent water weight gain, I was holding 160-163 till a couple weeks ago. I know I can't buy more deli meat because I can't stop over eating it and yogurt may be a problem too I'm such a binge eater no matter how much weight I've lost or what plan I do it always follows me. I suppose one of these days I'm going to have to focus on how to fix that.

Mar- thanks and congrats!And yes losing and gaining the same weight is like being in a hamster wheel, it gets you nowhere no matter how fast you run! I'm ready to move on and finally get to my goal Weight! For sure posting here and keeping yourself accountable somewhere helps!

Aleriaaa- thanks! Impressive stats! So you only eat chicken the whole time on stillmans? That's dedication! I think I'd cry uncle after 3 days, but I loathe chicken breast! It will always feel like diet food to me unless drowned in sauce and cheese lol! I ate it yesterday with mustard sweetened with stevia but I'm going to have to make some lean ground beef patties soon!

Makemeslim- I think it's so funny how everyone craves veggies after doing stillmans, I remember I did too last time!

Mim- great idea making soup! Forgot about that, egg drop soup would be stillmans legal right?

Hey Vlo, don't quote me BC it was a long time ago I read the book and it's not at hand but I don't think he did for QWL? I think he just said to keep meat lean and no fatty dressings etc. It maybe I'm not remembering too well as it was so long ago that I read it. There are lots of different diets in the book so it maybe he did mention carbs etc for some of the other plans. Sorry, I'm not helping very much! The book should be on Open Library where you can read it for free. I keep meaning to log on myself. It's not a very thick book and not as detailed as other low carb plan books like say Atkins. I remember he likes to refer to his patients as the overweights. He also told a woman who said she had an under active thyroid that the only thing wrong with her was an over active fork!

Arghh so my backs been playing up and I've been trying to ignore it as best I can for the past week or so but it's not improving. Spoke to doctor and decided to go back on strong painkillers for a month to enable me to do the physio exercises. I hate these pills, they seriously spaced me out when I last took them. I can't really eat on them so I guess that's something. They are opiate based so I def don't want to take them for more than a month! They also make me seriously grumpy! Doc says there's not really anything else the same strength that will make a difference unless I opt for morphine but I don't want that so...

Aw mms I am sorry to hear that! Hopefully a month on those pills and physiology will help!
