Food cravings during PMS

I'm not normally taking any appetite suppressant. However, this is my first time having pms and I'm STARVING! I don't normally have any issues. Does anyone have suggestions to curb my appetite for 1 week? All I'm craving is chocolate and ice cream...neither of which I can truly have.

Hi there,
I find that whenever I have a bad craving, I would make myself one of these: protein shake blended with ice like a smoothie with no added ingredient, or one teaspoon of peanut butter, or a cheese wedge. Hip.

You could also try eating an extra serving of protein, to get really full. The only way to lose the sugar cravings is not to give in, I find.
