I hope you don't think I was being judgemental. I just think it's amazing how much you two do.

Anyway, 2 mile walk again this morning, then Bench Presses after breakfast.

Warm ups

20 KG X 8
40 KG X 6
60 KG X 4

Then 8 sets of 3 with 70KG.

2 mile walk this morning. It took my wife and I a little over an hour today. It was pretty stormy last night and there were a lot of small limbs and such on the trail we walk. We spent a lot of time clearing debris from the trail.

Back to the Football Field with 7 Miles of Walking and 15 Times Up and Down the Bleachers. This Morning I tried Squats and I got 15 In before passing out on Mr. Hargroves freshly cut Football Field. I'll give it another go tomorrow.

Squats will do that to you, my Piyo workout has them that and burpees ....it's enough to make faint!

True, it was harder than a regular walk.

2 miles again this morning.

Still clearing debris from the trail, but not near as much as yesterday.

2 mile walk again this morning on the nature trail. It went pretty good because the debris has finally been cleared. However we have another stormy weather front forecasted to come through tonight. But I don't mind, it's been a dry Spring so far so we can use the rain.

Then Bench Presses as follows:

Warm ups.

20 KG X 10
35 KG X 8
50 KG X 6
65 KG X 4

Then 6 sets of 4 with 70 KG.

I turned 70 yesterday so I was looking to get a benchmark. This workout was it, I just barely made the last set of 4. So now I have something to gauge if I am losing strength as I get older and hopefully lighter.
