If you go on YouTube and type Dukan diet audio book, you can listen to the do's and don'ts.

Well today was Cool seeing the 4 Pound loss

I will confess I did cheat one day, I made DH some muffins and ate two which were huge, but the next day I fasted a bit so I believe that really helped to get me back to ketosis and then I was good. Onward, and downward we go!

MMSlim, did you get any advice from the doc on the bite. Sometimes you need to carry and Epi pen if you have allergic reactions to some bugs. Hope your back to normal now!

I never did but I will def be speaking to my doc tomorrow and I'm going to mention it. I've heard allergies can get worse on the next exposure. I'll see what she thinks about the pen. I'll let you know what she says.

Im still on chicken and picked up some reduced sugar Heinz ketchup. It's helping to get it down. lol. I also plan on purée ing some salsa and using that the rest of the week.

me too! I went camping this week and was pretty good for being out with all that food in the woods. I feel skinnier, but a no show on the scale. I had ordered a bike too, and it's nice. Haven't really been on it much, but now it will see me there. I'm not much of an exerciser and camping wiped me out, but I'll start with 10 minutes a day.

We'll do better by next week.
