I had my first solid on plan day yesterday! Yeah me! And I got an invitation to go to Italy! A friend who is there invited me, so my costs will be low. Or lower than if my8 friend wasn't there! : ) Great incentive to stay on plan!

Good job, keep hanging on. Italy! Again, right? I was thinking that was where you went before. Definitely something to keep in mind when you feel the urge to go off plan.

I wonder where everyone is. It has been so quiet.

I am back from vacation and now ready to eat better. So far today has been good now to just keep it up over the weekend! I have 2 weeks to lose 10lbs for my bet! I only had to lose 5 lbs originally but now I have 5 extra to lose after being on vacation lol

Yes, I was in Italy in the fall. I'll be around Naples this time. It is indeed an incentive to stay on plan and even to do some exercising!

So.... HI! Old poster rejoining. I regained a lot of weight when my father passed away last Summer, I was depressed, lazy, and lost my zest for life. so I'm back to the basics with Chicken. Turkey. Chicken. I've been back on the diet for 11 days and I'm down 15 lbs so far. YAY!!!! Feeling amazing and determined to make this time a lifestyle change for good. Let's do this!!!!!

We had a sudden invite to dinner last night that was not on plan and today is my 2 week planned day off. I will be back tomorrow. 3 weeks until the beach so my next day off will be while on vacation.

Hi guys waiting for the new monthly thread. Great seeing everyone is still here. I've been over in the challenge threads. But I'm feeling like it's time for a stillman stint. I need to hit the grocery store anyways today so I can be set. Slowly transitioning today and I'm planning for a 2 or 3 week stint then keto. I think when I hit 15 or 20 pounds down I'll reset my metabolism for a couple weeks to a month by being fully keto and up calories to maintain then rinse and repeat. I know mentally I have a time frame for how long I can stay on stillmans without burning out. I'm not doing just chicken and Turkey because I burn out and binge quicker. I have a trip in Vegas in mid August so want to look better for that but also in mid July I have a Dr appointment. My cholesterol levels were high the last 2 times so hoping dropping more weight will improve them. It's kinda of funny at my heaviest my cholesterol level was normal but the more weight I lose higher it goes. They keep telling me losing more will fix it but I'm just ready for meds and then they can take me off it later.

I used to do the same. But the scale wasn't moving fast enough and I kept logging the fluctuations. Which kept messing with my mentality so I did it less and less often lol

Made an egg casserole with beef and Bacon and cheese. Taste tested and approved. So the next few days are going to be easy. I did buy some chicken for another dish. So food choice will be on point. Starting full force tomorrow and I hope to get good results right off the bat

Hi everyone. i am up so much and need to get on the scale and get started. i do ok for a while and then eat carbs. wish i didnt love sugar. i am hoping to make some connections here and take control of this. things in my life are going well and i can do this. i will get on scale in morning and then update my stats. have a good night ladies

8 eggs a day
