Started Stillman yesterday

I'm attempting to break a 6 week stall and decided to try this for a week or two. Yesterday was day #1 and I know I won't have a problem sticking to it. Although 2 fried eggs in a non-stick skillet with no bacon grease just isn't the same.

I spiced up a whole chicken and stuck it in the crock pot, it's pretty good and will last a few days. It's the lack of cheese that's the tough part.

I'm sure it's just coincidence but losing 3.6# in 1 day sounds good to me! Maybe it was just a shock to my system not having cheese. And I know all the cheese is probably the reason for the stall, I'm addicted to making cheese chips!!

I'll give this a week and see how it goes, might even go for 2.

Update- I only made it 2.5 days. I needed to eat more frequently, I about passed out! But it broke my stall and I lost 6 pounds. I'll do it again sometime but will have a better eating plan.

What's great about this plan is that you don't have to count calories. You can eat as many times a day as you need to and enough to feel full. Good luck and congrats on losing 6 lbs so fast!
