Took a few days off as left side waist muscle felt like strained or pulled. Now I'm wondering if the soreness isn't caused by sleeping with my fitbit on that side.

Anyway, I'll post today's exercise tomorrow. But in doing some research for myself I came across an article I though those of us who are exercising might find interesting. It's talking about the importance of protein. If interested, just Search for Can You Gain Muscle While Losing Weight?
