This is so funny, but Michael started his thread at the same time I did, but he beat me to it by just a whisker.

I'm having a hard time. But as today and this month on, Going to watch calaries and also do some fasting and hope I can get this added weight off.
My goal for Sept. is to lose 4- 5 lbs.
Now with that said, I feel good and I went and got a new dress pants and I tried on 2 pair. One was a Size 4 p {Yes , They fit.,But I felt more comforable in size 6 p
But I think I would feel better if I lost another 8 lbs and then 4 will be good.
Even through scale weighs and u see ups, I still must be toning and loseing inches. {Clothes don lie.
So today going to y and get do weight machines{6 of them @ jog and then go and do sauna , steam room and pool.
I really thought I would be having a hard time> But clothes shopping help.{Thank God, Smaller six help head.

Lets do it. Girls have to get ahead with these 2 men.ha

Well an extra day didn't help. Boo. But what can a girl do?

August loss was: 18.6 lbs


Goal for September.. Hrmm.. how about 14 lbs?! Seems like if I really go for it I could perhaps have another good month while still at my heavier weight. I won't be sad if I 'only' lose 10 but why not eh? Besides, DH is out of town for two weeks so no one to watch over me and tempt me or wonder why I'm fasting through a meal. Realistically I'd love to be out of the 300's but I think I have to leave that for Octobers goals.

I ate later than normal, so maybe that's why.

Oh well.....

I intend to give September all I've got. 199 is possible by October 1, but not without a pretty hard edged focus.

My daughter fasts every Tuesday. and I've actually thought about adding a regular all day fast myself, but I really like to eat. I do skip a full day once in a while already, but only when I just don't "get around to eating" before its too late.

Holiday weekends are just as dangerous for me as anybody else, and I'm smoking a "fattie" after church tomorrow. It's hard PULLING all that warm, succulent, tasty OINKER flesh into steaming, shredded YUMMINESS, without some of it winding up falling...directly upwards!!...into my watering mouth.

NOT. GONNA. HHHAAPPEN. ....nnnTHIISSsSs.... ...TIME... he says to himself reluctantly...., whilst straining to type.

Whatever sacrifice Miss Piggy has made to my Holiday will not be enjoyed until the appointed time. AND...in the appointed quantities.

And with juuuuust the right amount of Garlic Slaw.

There. I've said it. I promise.

I'm on the record.

Lets all be careful out there. Act nice, okay?

Hi,every one.
Today is second day. Going to make this month a losing one.
I have a little start>Lost 1 lb.
Sept.1st 125
Sept.2nd 124
When u guys say u fast is it a true fast{with out food or food but low cals.?
Even through I detox with the steam room and sauna>I started yesterday with really detoxing to get rid of stuff.
Yesterday did 40 mins in sauna and 7 mins steam room and always a cold pool or shower.
I think Monday I will start fasting .
But as of now keeping cals 1,ooo

I made buffalo chicken bites last night, omg! I ate sooooooo much chicken.. like two whole breasts worth. It is so stinky to make but hot damn it is so good. Good thing it was all I ate the whole day.

Long weekend! The family is planning on going to another drive in movie experience tonight as the movie offerings are child friendly. Then I've got to do some serious batch cooking for homemade granola bars, cookies, banana bread, and regular bread to portion out and freeze for school lunches. The rest of the family doesn't low carb obviously but I am trying my best to provide non-processed and whole foods for the most part.

Stan - for a moment there I thought your big fattie was ummm.. more herbal in nature and I thought you were about the imply you would be suffering from the munchies. Lol
