Morning enemysugar; morning all !

I'll probably be drinking many coffees with double cream through the day today (always seems to be the case on a weekend - can't stop myself!)

I'll skip lunch (due to all the creamy coffees!)
Dinner will be pork shoulder with cavolo Nero, cabbage, green beans, broccoli and lots of butter. A couple of squares of 100% chocolate.

And a glass of goats milk kefir before bed.

Good morning! I have been up for a while - outside with the dog a couple of times. Just sitting here, about to post my menu when something catches my eye and it is a large bumble bee on the sleeve of my sweater!!! There's the ol' adrenaline to kick start my day!!! Safely dispatched to the outdoors.

keto coffee and maybe another plain coffee later
leftover scallop and shrimp shirataki concoction
beef back ribs and mashed cauli
cheese

Stats: Got rid of the scales 7/28/17. Goal is size 8
WOE: Atkins
Start Date: 12/30/16
L: Chicken taco salad; iced tea

Okay, then it got weird We purchased a BBQ class from a charity auction back in March and it was held today. Talk about a meat-a-palooza! I made sure I didn't have sauce on anything (the rubs were incredible enough) so I had samples of:

Pork ribs, tri-tip beef, chicken done two ways, burnt ends , something else but I forget and sides of kimchee, Louisiana-style coleslaw, & Texas caviar. And lots of water to drink

Very full but I didn't feel bad about anything I ate.

Happy Labor Day Weekend everyone!

That sounds terrific, nothing beats having a great time and also being satisfied with the food selection. Glad you were able to enjoy yourself JB
