L= 2 Tuna Muffins and a Cup of Regular Coffee with 2 Tbsp. HWC

D= 3 oz. Grilled Chicken Breast and a Cup of Grilled Bok Choy. Cup of Green Tea in the Evening.

Good morning! I am having a planned cheat day for my birthday but I won't go overboard. Tony is taking me out for brunch so it will be eggs benedict, a mimosa and a small piece of cake to share!

D- roast beef and salad
Week two is when I start struggling to stay on the food plan. I can tell I've lost a little water weight in my clothes and that's when I'm tempted to cheat.( "just a little won't hurt.")
