Good Morning Everyone!!!!
L= Serving of Char's Killer Crustless Quiche(that I cranked up the oven for as soon as my feet hit the floor this morning) and a Ridiculously Large Cup of Café Du monde Coffee.(Minus the Beignets and the New Orleans Heat and Humidity)
D= A handful of Steamed Shrimp and a Couple of Steamed Oysters on the Half Shell and a Small Lettuce Wedge with 2 Tbsp. HM Lime Vinaigrette. Cup of Green Tea in the Evening.

Big salad w/ roast beef, swiss, ranch dressing! I'm burgered out, looking forward to salad for a change! Oh, and iced tea.

Cook out at the in-laws, grilled chicken legs, broccoli salad, hamburgers, fish, I think that's my options.
And breakfast was bacon. I hope the grill hurries up, I'm starving.

S: Spicy pork rinds and salsa with lots of water (walked on the treadmill one hour and I was thirsty!)

Buffalo wings and drumsticks with homemade blue cheese dip and a salad if romaine, cucumber, tomatoes, feta, olives and parmesan and avocado-ranch dressing.
9 chili lime almonds
Low carb junk is still junk!
