IT'S FRIDAY, WHAT'S ON YOUR MENU TODAY!!!!

Good Morning Everyone!!!!

L= 2 HBE and 1 oz. Irish Cheddar also 1/4 Cup of Sauerkraut. Cup of Coffee with 2 Tbsp. HWC

D= 4 oz. Grilled Salmon with a Cup of Grilled Bok Choy. Cup of Kombucha Tea in the Evening

Cancelled my Disney vacation for this week. I didn't think it was a good idea to fly into Orlando Saturday morning.

It stinks, but I put my big girl pants on yesterday and cancelled everything. I'm staying safe in the Northeast rather than putting my family into a bad situation. Florida has enough problems to worry about, they don't need more tourists to take care of this weekend.

I would say I'm staying safe in NJ, but I booked a hotel tomorrow night by Hershey. We have season passes and I'm consoling myself with a couple days at Hershey Park.

No, thank the Lord I'm not. I sure hope you have a good time at Hershey, we went years ago when the boy's were young and we had a wonderful time.

Sirlion, medium, and freaking awesome. Broccoli. And a salad which I only ate half. But I did have some chips and salsa, but it was Chili's and their chips are thin.

Thought I'd go ahead and post what I did yesterday.

B - coffee w/hwc and sweetener, eggs, bacon and sauteed onions

L - Protein bar

D - two hamburgers, huge salad of romaine, homegrown tomatoes, cukes, onion tossed in Duke's mayo, S&P

Made a mistake. This is what I did on Sat and I couldn't figure out how to delete it.
