IT'S TUESDAY, WHAT'S ON YOUR MENU TODAY!!!

Good Morning Everyone!!!!

L= 2 Egg Scramble with Spring Onion and Cilantro topped with 2 oz. Avocado and 2 Tbsp. HM Salsa. Cup of Coffee or maybe Two Cups with 2 Tbsp. HWC

D= 4 oz. Home Smoked Pork Chop with 6 or 8 Grilled Asparagus Spears and a Cup of Napa Cabbage. Cup of Green Tea in the Evening.

Hi!

Bagel with cream cheese (not sure if the 7 carbs were worth it)
Tuna salad (2 carbs)
Sf seeds if needed (1-3 carbs depending on the munchiness I get)
Breakfast for dinner (3-4 carbs)

Good Afternoon.Day #12 reinduction for me. I been holding strong and I just got a goodie box from Netrition.

B Premier protein shake
L/D 1 cup bean and ham soup mostly ham but enough beans to trick the brain
S coffee,crystal light,and pickle and laughing cow cheese if needed

B - coffee w/hwc&sweetener; Crystal Sky protein shake mixed with water

L - LC protein bar (restaurant I was going to inbetween dr appts. told me they would swap out their starch for veggies and then told me they couldn't) with hot tea; glad I had the bar with me.

S - pork rinds dipped in ranch dip

D - green beans, leftover roast beef, mashed fauxtatoes

S - LC bar

P.S. Next time I go to dr appts., guess what? A huge salad topped with protein and dressing on the side is going with me. That restaurant lost my business. Tools!
