21 day EFGT weekly shopping list

I fail before even starting these diets for one main reason. They never provide a shopping list. Just a list of general foods and basic daily meal plan.

I need something more.

I have cleaned out the kitchen of all the "bad" stuff. I would like to get a weekly shopping list to restock the good stuff.

Has anyone ever put one together for the 21 day plan?

Eggs, cheese, cream, green veggies and other lowcarb veggies, all sorts of meats, olive oil, coconut oil, nuts.

Just shop the parameters of the store leaving out potatoes, breads, pasta.

for once, i feel i am doing something right, lol, cos i have all of those in my fridge right now and i was only guessing what to buy!
