I am so stupid

I started eating LC/Keto over a year ago and did FANTASTIC! I lost around 70 lbs and felt better than I have in years. So what did I do? I fell off the wagon, gained almost all the weight back and feel like crap.

So why is it so hard to get back on the wagon? I plan to clean all the garbage out of my kitchen over the weekend and start fresh on Monday.

It just makes no sense. There I was feeling good, looking good, getting tons of compliments and eating really wonderful food. So why on earth did I go off plan, and for so long? And why does it seem like it will be struggle to get back on that horse? It's not logical.

I feel like such a dummy.

Don't beat yourself up, It happens. I did the same thing only I gained back 100 pounds. So jump back on the train and do it again but remember how crappy you felt for letting it happen. You can do it again!!!!!

You know it happens. Now just know that this year is going to be hard work and a road to healthier way of life.
Also move that body and do weights.Weights tone and builds muscle and muscle burns fat. Also find a buddy to do this with and if u need to post .
You can and shall do this.{If you really want to and have the wilpower.
Any diet plan works,as long as you work it.
I also think you have to know calaries and serving size.

98-99% of weight losers regain their weight, most begin regaining almost as soon as they arrive at goal.

you are absolutely normal. in fact, it's unusual to keep your weight off.

welcome to the club!

relosing the gained weight comes off harder, but it can be done.

start a plan, quit beating yourself up, pick yourself up by the bootstraps, and proceed. none of us ever really arrive, especially those who've lost as much weight as you have.

we are all in this together.

maintenance is tough! i've been in maintenance, struggling, for 3 years. it's harder than weight loss mode itself. i'm still trying to figure out what it will take for me in the long run. i take one day at a time.
