WOE: QWL, did Low carb for 1.5 years

Will I stay full with this menu?

How can I stay full eating only these foods per day?

3 eggs
3 chicken drumsticks
Butter
Cream cheese

1780 cal,
carbs 27g
protein 67g
fat 156g

I'm concerned cos that's all I'm allowed to eat to stay full for 24 hours.

That doesn't seem like much protein to me. The chicken is only about 200 calories, and about 30 grams of protein. The eggs give you fewer than 200 calories, and about 12 grams of protein. You'd have to eat more than 1000 calories in butter and cream cheese to make your 1780 calories, and I don't see where you're getting 67 grams of protein.

It certainly wouldn't satisfy me. I need more protein than that, and I like my low-starch veggies.

I don't see where you are getting 27 grams of carbs.

Who is setting the limits on what you eat?

why is that all you are allowed to eat. it doesnt seem much or varied. there is hardly any carbs in those foods

Is it fried chicken with a flour batter on the outside? Is that where the 67 gm carbs start? Are you trying to lose weight? You cannot lose weight on 67 gm or carbs.

I personally could be full on that amount of food. I would have to kind of move it around a bit.
One egg and one drumstick and 3 tsp butter
two eggs, and 3 tsp butter
2 chicken legs and 3 tsp butter.

That is 900 gm of butter. Cream cheese can make up the rest for 1000 gms of fat.

I would also say that fat food is so satiating, that you will not need much but if you are just on the induction diet, you are transitioning from a WOE that basically forces you to graze all day, to a WOE where you can fast for long periods without feeling especially hungry.
