Got home! Except for the fact our older car broke down north of the Casino, south of Bville. We got a friendly tow truck driver and we rented a car to take home..going to find out the damage tomorrow.

I love lemon stuff.. need to make that Chocolate dessert. How many does it serve?

So glad you could find a friendly tow truck driver. Were you stranded long? Sounds like you all handled everything well. Sorry about the break down.

BUT GLAD YOU ARE HOME!!

Welcome home and please enjoy our drastically different temperatures than when you left.

That chocolate dessert says it serves 10 or something. It served 20 for me. It's so rich I don't know many people who can eat more than a sliver. Made in a standard pie plate.
I did add a nut crust with Capella graham cracker flavoring drops. It's not really necessary but it was really good.

Thanks, Judy...We were stranded about an hour, but the weather was nice and a nice doctor
actually stopped and asked us if we were okay.. and gave us his phone number.

We don't know the verdict of our old 2001 Toyota..I think the timing belt broke and then bad
things happened to the engine..Not good..I would love to have it fixed if it isn't too expensive as opposed to getting a newer car.

Yummy..I think the nut crust would give it some body and make it more delectable.

I will start our new thread now..
