Hi, every one. Been awhile since I was here.
Still working at getting to goal.
As of today> 112 lbs{Goal>110
Then I want to take it down to 107 and maybe 105{But will see on that one{105 but 107 for sure.
I have been doing since Sept 4th. Fasting.Just now on day 6th. Sat. last day.{7th
And by fasting It is with just water ,tea.
Doing very well and still exercsicing.
I will start coming back if I may.?
Now the thing so I do not regain weight back from fasting. How to I do it> and would judd be good to do.?
Also {u may not want me here. I'm thinking and most likey will.
And that is _some thing called> Flexitarians.plant base but still have meat once in while if I want to.
and I have good fats and still like to do my green smoothies.I may need help .

I really like doing* fast. Been reading Dr.J. Fung.*doing it.
Just got to make sure I stay on track with fasting. To finsh to goal 107 and maybe 105. *But first* 110{

I was looking that maybe fast every other day and on my up day cals=500. 600 cals. for rest of year and see how that goes.
Plus I exercise and Detox.
If u like take a look at Flexitarian Plan.
seems healthy and I think more for me.@ fasting should work great with it.
I'm just nerves about kinda eating. after fasting.
