I've been getting 6 + hours for the past two nights. I think I'm going to start trying for 7 instead of 8. I think I might feel more alert.

I had less than 2000 steps yesterday I left my fitbit charging when I went to church and then had a day of rest! Saturday I had 5511 Saturday puttering around the house and 6076 Friday.

I have been using the ABDOER 360 almost every day and that's record exercise for me!

About 12,000 steps yesterday because of WATP 3 mile video. Today was Callanetics so my steps are officially 7,288 as of this moment and three flights of stairs. WATP tomorrow morning.

I didn't get a chance to do WATP this weekend. Did Callanetics this morning so it's WATP and upper body strength tomorrow morning.
