Tired of meat

I am looking for some advice. I have no been on low carb high fat for about 6 weeks with a close to 10 lb. loss. I am very happy with that but my food is tasting yucky! I am keeping my fat high and carbs low, but I am getting hungry and seems like my food isn't tasting too good. Any advice out there? I usually always have the Bulletproof coffee for breakfast and chicken or beef for lunch. Very small salad and meat for dinner. Just bored I guess. I am a teacher and I find it hard to vary my lunch. Thanks for the help!

I tend to go towards high protein shakes with low sugar. I will eat meat but really don't like it.
Have you tried protein shakes?

I like to bake these muffins that are made of Cream cheese , shredded parm cheese and about 2 whole eggs to hold it together. Bake em, kind of like a quiche I guess. I found that these lil fat muffins seam to really hold off hunger. So fat is there and protein in not so high. They freeze well and thaw in a baggie to take to work with me. Also I will take package of tuna single serve add 2 tbls of mayo and one hard boiled egg.. that mixture will keep me full on average of about 6 hours or so. So I start day with just coconut 1 tbsp. Drink coffee and water pretty much thru out the day. And dinner at home with hubby I found is FAT Red meat.. With avocado on top. or Spinach artichoke dip .These have worked for me, maybe they could help you?

i hear you but honestly, embrace meat and fatty fish , there will be something you like.
also, meat is far from the only source of protein out there!

What kind of protein shakes do you have that are Low carb? I hate meat but if I could do some kind of protein shake that is low carb and would keep me full that would be great! Is ee this is an old thread so hopefully someone will reply. I am just looking for alternatives besides meat. I do eat eggs but can only do those for one meal.

So many types of meat you can try. I put mct oil in my low carb protein shakes after the gym. Adding the fat helps on multiple levels and keeps you full..
