Thanks guys! My target is 600 calories. I do eat my allowance of nuts, but that doesn't count towards my 600 if I just eat the serving for my daily fat.

Lately I've been eating celery and hummus at the end of the day if I have calories I need to use. I love hummus, though - and it's easy to overeat!

I just don't get that hungry anymore - even when I forgot my AS one day. It's kind of nice, actually.
