I carb loaded with food and drink plus some candy and shot my blood sugar up yesterday at a planned party. I did this last week and it really worked out for me. So here I am again. I bounced up 3 pounds! So the goal over the 6 or 7 days is to lose that plus another 3! (I will be getting back into keto as quickly as I can) I have no idea if this will really work again but as long as I lose at least 4 out of the 6 I'm not out anything as I have been averaging about a pound a week lately.
Mar the Italy diet sounds fun! 10lbs and lovely food and people.
I am a diet queen, who falls off her throne every now and again.
I gotta keep it off for me
